Who says costumes are just for Halloween?

Just last Saturday, my baby had to attend a costume birthday party of one of the babies at church and it was a good thing that I was able to get in touch with Costume SuperCenter to do a review of one of their products.

Choosing a costume for my baby from their wide selection of products at www.CostumeSuperCenter.com was both exciting and difficult. Exciting because I tried to imagine my baby in each of their infant costumes. But difficult because I had to choose just one and I feel like I wanted so many of the costumes for him! There were so many costumes to choose from. Some of them are animal costumes, some are cartoon character costumes. There’s even a UPS guy costume! LOL

But my husband and I finally decided on a Star Wars costume. We chose the Yoda Infant costume because it was soooo cute! And we really wanted a costume that nobody else would think of getting. We knew a lot of kids will be coming as either a cartoon character or Superman. And a Star Wars-themed costume would not only be cute on my baby but it would also appeal to adults. Since there was a prize for the Best costume, I settled for what i think people would love to see. Here’s a photo of the item on CostumeSuperCenter.com:

The costume I received is actually too big for my baby even though we ordered the smallest size which is 6-12months. My baby is 7 months but he’s smaller than a lot of babies so I needed to adjust the costume a bit so it wouldn’t look too big on him. The fabric used is soft and I felt comfortable about making my baby wear it.

And so last Saturday, when we got to the party and people saw my baby in his Yoda costume, a lot of people liked it! And when the time came for guests to decide on the “Best in Costume” prize, they chose my baby! Yay! Here’s a photo of my baby in the Yoda costume. Sorry if he’s not smiling. So I’m thankful to the people at CostumeSupercenter.com for giving me the privilege of reviewing this costume. If not for them, my baby wouldn’t get his first ever prize!
